ZYRTEC-D^® contains two active ingredients – pseudoephedrine (HCl 120mg per extended release tablet) and cetirizine (HCl 5mg per extended release tablet).

Pseudoephedrine acts as a nasal decongestant, while cetirizine is an antihistamine.

What is pseudoephedrine?
