How to use:

1. Gently blow your nose. Breath out.

2. Shake the bottle and remove the cap. Do not leave cap unattended around children.

3. Squeeze the bottle away from yourself to test the pressure needed for an ideal dose*. Use both hands if necessary. (*A mist of approximately 6 inches for adults and children 12+ years.)

4. Place nozzle of bottle just inside the nose and quickly squeeze the bottle to deliver 1 or 2 sprays while gently inhaling.

5. Repeat steps on the other nostril. Reapply if you blow your nose.

If you experience serious discomfort after product application, consult a doctor.

Some individuals can feel a slight sensation of a blocked nose. This is normal and is the feel of the barrier created by ZYRTEC™ Allergen Shield Spray. In case of experiencing more than a slight sensation of a blocked nose, it is possible the product is being overused.
