ZYRTEC® Dye-Free Chewable Allergy Medicine with 10 mg Cetirizine HCl

The fast*, powerful, 24-hour allergy relief of ZYRTEC® in a dye-free chewable allergy medicine tablet. Each allergy chewable contains 10 mg cetirizine antihistamine to help relieve your worst seasonal and other upper respiratory allergy symptoms such as runny nose, sneezing, watery and itchy eyes, and itchy nose and throat. These chewable tablets are easy to take on-the-go with or without water.

This prescription-strength allergy medicine starts working at hour 1, and works twice as hard when you take it again the next day. Get chewable allergy relief that starts working 2 hours faster than Claritin on the first day patients take it (ZYRTEC® at Hour 1 and Claritin at Hour 3).1,2

*ZYRTEC® 10 mg starts working at hour 1 and Claritin starts working at hour 3, based on first dose on the first day of a 2-day study in 2 pollen- chamber studies. Primary endpoint measured mean improvement from baseline in Major Symptom Complex (MSC) severity score. MSC symptoms included runny nose, sniffles, itchy nose, nose blows, sneezes, and watery eyes.

These dye-free chewable allergy medicine tablets for adults and children ages 6+ temporarily relieve the following symptoms due to seasonal allergies, hay fever or other upper respiratory allergies for a full 24 hours:

  • Runny nose

  • Sneezing

  • Itchy, watery eyes

  • Itching of the nose or throat

From the #1 doctor and allergist recommended OTC allergy when it comes to oral antihistamines, ZYRTEC® Dye-Free Chewables contain 10 mg of Cetirizine HCl to help relieve indoor and outdoor allergy symptoms caused by dust, pet dander, and pollen. These chewable allergy medicine tablets start working at hour 1 and work twice as hard when you take it again the next day. Suitable for adults and children ages 6 and up.

Chew and swallow 1 tablet (10 mg) once daily; do not take more than 1 tablet (10 mg) in 24 hours. A 5 mg product may be appropriate for less severe symptoms.

Do not use if you have ever had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients, or to an antihistamine containing hydroxyzine.

Ask a doctor before use if you have liver or kidney disease. Your doctor should determine if you need a different dose.

Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking tranquilizers or sedatives.

When using this product:

  • drowsiness may occur

  • avoid alcoholic drinks

  • alcohol, sedatives and tranquilizers may increase drowsiness

  • be careful when driving a motor vehicle or operating machinery

  • in rare cases, you may experience itching after stopping cetirizine. Consult your healthcare provider if this happens.

Stop use and ask a doctor if an allergic reaction to this product occurs. Seek medical help right away.

If pregnant or breast-feeding:

  • if breast-feeding: Not recommended

  • if pregnant: Ask a health professional before use
